YKAN supports developing and implementing science-based low-carbon policies that embrace nature conservation and promote harmony between humans and the natural environment. To facilitate this commitment, YKAN collaborates with government agencies at the central and regional levels.

As a science-based conservation organization, YKAN supports the government in achieving Indonesia's low-carbon development goals while addressing the principles of nature conservation.

Central Government

YKAN cooperates closely with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries through its two main emission reduction programs.
