Erna Ongsiswandy

With over 20 years of experiences in human resources, mostly in development sector (humanitarian, child safeguarding, economic development and conservation, with past experiences in oil and gas sector), Erna  has held leadership roles human resources in Indonesia and as HR Focal Point at Asia region level, covering Indonesia, Cambodia, the Philippines, Timor Leste dan Sri Lanka; and working with teams from various countries globally.

Erna has certification as a Professional Coach from Coaching Indonesia (affiliated with International Coach Federation), Human Resources Manager (BNSP), Talent Management & Assessment Ready (AON HR Learning Center). Erna is a also a speaker in human resources.
