• 1. Is YKAN an international organization?

  YKAN is a scientific-based local non-profit organization that has been present in Indonesia since 2014. With a mission to protect land and water areas as life support systems, we provide innovative solutions to achieve harmony between nature and humans through effective natural resource management, promoting a non-confrontational approach, as well as building a network of partnerships with all stakeholders for a sustainable Indonesia.

• 2. How will the selection results be announced?

  The results of the selection will be announced individually via telephone contact or e-mail. Make sure the communication device can work properly.

• 3. Do I still need to send files offline for the next step ?

  At the administrative stage, you are only require to send your application.

• 4. If I do not pass this selection, can I register in the next period?

  If you don't pass, don't give up. As long as you still meet the qualifications, you can still apply for the same program in the next period.

• 5. If I have submitted my CV, will YKAN's Human Resources contact you later?

  HR YKAN will only contact candidates with qualifications that meet the required requirements.

• 6. Does the applicant have to have a previous work experience in an NGO?

  No. As long as the qualifications, experience of the candidate meet the requirements, the candidate will be processed in recruitment.

• 7. Does the recruitment on the YKAN website also contain vacancies for internships?

  Yes. The internship opportunities will also be published in YKAN website.

• 8. Can I send my application to several positions in YKAN?

  Yes. You can submit applications to several positions as long as the qualifications are commensurate, the HR team will conduct further screening for each application received.

• 9. Can I still submit an application for a position that has been posted for a long time?

  Yes. As long as, the vacancy information is still available, you can send your application to YKAN.

• 10. Will there be a fee for the recruitment process?

  There is no fee incurred during the recruitment process.
