Throughout his career, Sutraman has led various digital transformation initiatives, including the development of complex, data-driven applications to support informed decision-making. For the past eight years, he has focused on developing and managing individual donation (membership) programs, with a strong track record in expanding the donor base, improving acquisition performance, and optimizing sustainable donor relationship management.
