YKAN Ranked Among the Top 20 Institutions for Research Publications in Indonesia

Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara (YKAN) has been listed among the top 20 institutions with the best research publications in Indonesia according to the 2025 Nature Index. This list features various universities and research institutions that make significant contributions to scientific publications in high-profile international journals.

The Nature Index is a database that tracks the contributions of institutions and countries to research articles published in selected prestigious journals covering natural sciences and health. The index uses two main metrics—Count and Share—which reflect the number of articles and the proportion of contribution based on author affiliations.

The Nature Index data for 2025 covers more than 90,000 research articles and involves over 30,000 researchers from institutions and universities worldwide during the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
